1883 (JY 25) registered “Circular” envelope franked 1882 bisect ‘½‘ on 1d in four severed pairs consisting of stamps from right and left, tied by ‘A07’ obliterators, cds at base. The envelope was originally addressed and unsealed with flap tucked in to Edinburgh whose cds appears on reverse and re-addressed to London and sealed, the old address carefully removed and new added. Fine and fresh.
