Victoria: 1907 (SE 9) envelope to Tattersalls in Tasmania bearing a single franking watermark Crown over A, perf 12, 9d. orange-brown paying the triple weight with registration, tied Telegraph Office Rialto cds. Stamp with Inverted Watermark. Usual slight faults associated with Tattersall covers.
